In June 2020, Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) in Papua Province rose 1.46 percent with an NTP index of 102.49. The increase occurred because the price index received by farmers was greater than the price index paid by farmers.
June 2020 National NTP of 99.60 or an increase of 0.13 percent compared to the previous month's NTP.
Papua Province FTT in June 2020 according to the subsector namely: FTT Plant Sub-sector 101.43; Horticultural Subsector NTP 102.54; NTP People's Plantation Plant Subsector 101,20; Livestock Subsector NTP 108.04; and Fisheries NTP 108.48. Furthermore, the Fisheries subsector's NTP is broken down into 108.89 Capture Fisheries NTP and 101.61 Aquaculture NTP.
Of the 34 provinces that were calculated NTP in June 2020 showed that 13 provinces experienced an increase in FTT while 21 other provinces experienced a decrease in FTT where Jambi recorded the highest increase in FTT which was 2.63 percent and West Kalimantan recorded the largest decrease of -2.33 percent .
Rural Papua in June 2020 recorded a deflation of -0.31 percent.
Of the 34 provinces known 24 provinces experienced rural inflation and 10 other provinces experienced rural deflation. The highest rural inflation occurred in North Sulawesi, which was 0.91 percent and the largest rural deflation occurred in West Sumatra, which fell by -0.63 percent.
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) in Papua in June 2020 was 105.33, an increase of 1.16 percent.
