Farmers Exchange Rates of Papua Province in December 2019

Abstract

In December 2019, Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) in Papua Province fell -0.53 percent with an NTP index of 92.64. The decline occurred because the decline in the price index paid by farmers is greater than the price index received by farmers.

The National NTP for December 2019 was 104.46, an increase of 0.35 percent.

Papua Province NTP in December 2019 according to sub-sectors namely: NTP Food Crop Subsector 85.57; NTP Horticultural Subsector 82.05; NTP People's Plantation Plant Subsector 97.97; Livestock NTP Subsector 109.93 and Fishery NTP 103.83. Furthermore, the Fisheries subsector's NTP is broken down into 111.84 Capture Fisheries NTP and 81.85 Aquaculture NTP.

Rural Inflation in Papua in December 2019 recorded inflation of 0.71 percent.

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) in Papua in December 2019 was 115.27, an increase of 0.05 percent.
